Post subject:  New adaptation of Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby coming

F. Scott Fitzgerald was a BB customer and in his novels characters speak of BB. In the, as yet unreleased, new adaption of The Great Gatsby, Brooks Brothers is making all the clothing for the cast and extras. Women's Wear Daily has a slideshow of a few movie stills showing the clothing and the BB archives which are the basis for the 1920s designs. You can see the slide show at:

Looks interesting- I'm sure I will check it out. I like to take in the costuming at the movies. "Shutter Island" had some great stuff in it as well.

I also saw that Le mis is being made into a movie soon- could be fantastic. Saw a great performance in Minneapolis last winter. A very moving story.
