Patrick - Looking nice. That's a great looking jacket too. Who makes it?

Patrick! Welcome back. Where the hell have you been?

Looking good, as always. You definitely made the right call with the glasses.

Reddington - great outfit. I have a LE tie in that same green with gold owls that I wore this weekend to church. Great fall tie. Looks good with the tattersall.

That is a GREAT watch as well.

What are your shoes?
Thanks Clip for the kind words. LE makes a good tie and I love the way they knot. The shoes are AE Reddings in chili.

Cheers.

Thank you both. I would start a thread, but someone keeps posting 'preppy' articles that I must read, so there's no time. ;)

Cheers my friend.

Funeral today, then off to work. Chilly, so trotted out a slightly heavier suit. And now that I am slightly lighter, it fits.

BB sack (thrift); LE non-iron straight collar (I have about 10 of these, they take a beating); old BB tie (thrift); pocket square is a Drake's via STP; the ubiquitous Park Aves.(eBay); Timex on a Central strap (I really need a proper dress watch)

Great shoes, Patrick, what are they?

It did get chilly today. I've spent this evening in the attic (off season storage) and basement (washer). I got out all my fall/winter pants and sweaters. Looking forward to wearing them now that we're in October.

Thursday:

Pink BB slim OCBD
LLBean (china made) lambswool vest - charcoal heather
BB shell belt
Bills M1
Gold Toe argyles
Tommy Hilfiger venetian loafers - really nice full grain leather on these. probably why I won't buy weejuns or sebago and will spend the $ to get nice full grain pennys (likely AE Walton) when the need next arises - however, I've had these for about 7 years and the leather is perfect - no cracking or flaking and only one re-sole to date.

Today:

BB ultra fine navy merino polo - from about 15 years ago - a gift from my sister.
LE Heather gray crewneck T (I don't like the look of white under such a sweater)
LE navy surcingle
Bills M1
BB OTC cotton argyles (I've decided to keep all the pairs I ordered during FF - they have washed and dried up nicely and stay up nice and tall).

Have a great weekend everyone.
