Try as she might, his wife just can't seem to keep the pounds off.

And the embarrassing thing is, we know what causes that now.

Squire, don't you have a pointer tie like that too? Is that an Orvis tie?

I have one from Lands' End, but the pointers are smaller and less colorful.

Top -

The tie I have on is a Lands End. Found it in their Overstocks.

Thanks. Long story...short. Was a gift in '76. Wore it until I dropped it about 4 years later. Watch quit working, so I put it in a box and forgot. Cut to '08, I find it in said box at family home and had it cleaned and refurbished. Now it’s back in the watch rotation.

I still have its original red Omega box, but the bracelet is long gone, which is a shame, as replacements are not cheap.

Cheers.

I think it looks fine on grosgrain. If you wanted to dress it up a bit, you could switch to a leather strap.

Welcome, PD!

Reddington - great outfit. I have an LE tie in that same green with gold owls that I wore this weekend to church. Great fall tie. Looks good with the tattersall.

That is a GREAT watch as well.

What are your shoes?

GA: great shoes.

Glad to see some more folks posting in this thread. I thought I had broke it ;)
