Empire absolutely nailed the shoulders and overall cut. Billax nailed the fit. Bravo to both.

The cut of the Robert Noble linen/silk jacket looks like perfection. I need to pick up something like it for my spring wardrobe.

Two button cotton sport coat from Hickey-Freeman with knit tie and J. Presss OCBD with pocket flap. As one can see, it's darted... but I love it anyhow!

Weather in Durham as I write this: 73.5º with overcast skies and light breezes.

J. Press 3 roll 2 cotton sports jacket, BB OCBD, O'Connell, Lucas, Chelf very old stock Cotton Madras trousers, white OTC socks, and Allen Edmonds White Bucks.*

This picture was taken several years ago. I still have EVERY piece of clothing and every piece of it fits. My lovely wife needed a day's break from being the photographer, so I reached into the archives!

We're now 20 days into Spring and it appears to be too cold for any other Curriculum member to switch to lighter weight clothing. The temperatures in North Carolina remain VERY nice, however, with not even a hint of cold weather.

As such, seeing that we're nearing a month into Spring and my locale seems to have the only pleasant, warm, weather in the Continental 49, I'll keep on tryin' to give the Curriculum members a hint of what Summer apparel looks like in North Carolina and Hawaii!

I wore a partially-lined tweed jacket and unlined chinos the other day. And cotton socks, not SmartWool. That's progress.
