Not sure how many of you may have already seen this, but I found it interesting, and actually agreed with most of it.

Thanks for posting, thought it was funny he mentioned what we called the tuck & roll under the Prep segment.

I couldn’t get through it. I guess I’m not that interested in the distinctions.

I would say that I think Ivy and prep style are best understood sequentially. Preppy style was an outgrowth or evolution of Ivy style. It represented a more casual version of Ivy style, yes, but for the simple reason that it was a campus style, and campus styles have grown increasingly casual from generation to generation.

To this day I don’t understand what Trad means. Or why we need the word.

Sorry for the grumpiness. I’m sitting in an airport waiting for a delayed flight...
