In my natural habitat, a penalty box.

Capas cap, Brooks Brothers Brookstweed jacket, sweater vest, and tie, L L Bean blue and white University stripe OCBD shirt, Robert Talbott pocket square, Lands' End trousers, and Allen-Edmonds shoes.

Didn't we have a "caught in the wild" thread? If we did I can't find it.

This cat is about 85 years old and still shows up for things like burning brush in an educational manner with Hotchkiss students.

Nice LeeLo.

And that muted madras tie, too. I have snow and sleet on the ground here... so madras won't be happening for me until July, at this rate.

Thanks, guys!

Ensiferous, hang in there man. I'm sorry if it seems like I'm rubbing it in with the warm weather stuff, that's not my intention. If it's any consolation, I'm envious of you guys up North when Fall starts rolling around and you're busting out the tweed jackets and cords, while I'm melting in 90° heat, with 99% humidity until mid-November.

Thanks LeeLo. You know I love tweeds, but a 6 month tweed season is.... sufficient.

At opposite extremes, we both probably see some greener grass on the other side.

This is smoother than that grey suit.

PS: It's snowing this morning. Again.

Haha I think that's the perfect way to describe it.

Thank you, Patrick.

That's crazy it's still snowing. If it's still flying past Derby Day than we got a real sartorial emergency on our hands.

Since I am moving to Arizona on Monday thought I should get a white dinner jacket. Though the endless magic of the internet, found this old Palm Beach ivory dinner jacket on eBay.

It was a "Buy It Now" or "Make An Offer" listing, so I made an offer, which was accepted. Tried it on (with a white Brooks Brothers PPBD shirt) to see how it looked, then (after taking this picture) took it to have the sleeves shortened.
