We have two trees:

The second tree we cut at a tree farm not more than a mile from my house.
A nice tradition (I think) that we've started following is to save an inch thick slice off of the bottom of the trunk when you cut the tree and label it with your family name and 'Christmas 2009'. I knew a family that had at least 20 years' worth that they would hang up in their foyer at Christmas.

New tree. All of the lights finally crapped out on the old one. Cold enough for a fire tonight. :)
