So, five of the seven items that I have put up for auction and sold have been won by what appears to be non-paying bidders.

As a seller, Ebay leaves you absolutely zero recourse as you can no longer leave negative feedback for buyers. I think that is a joke. My wife and I are about to start the unpaid buyers assistance process, which in the end could leave the buyer able to leave negative feedback for us anyway.

Does anyone else have an Ebay selling nightmare to share?

I used to sell a lot more - when I was regularly thrifting - and luckily only had a non-paying bidder once. How long have you waited? I always pay the same day or the next, but some buyers will delay payment for a week or more.

You can't leave negative feedback, but you can file a non-paying bidder claim. It doesn't really help you out, but if that person gets three non-paying bid "strikes" then they're out.

It's been five days, Cards. I'm going to send them a message through Ebay asking what their intentions are for completing the transaction. Hopefully they will go ahead and pay me after that so we can avoid a non-paying bidder claim.

eBay blows. They have really messed it up. Unless you have an absolutely sure thing it's more trouble than its worth for selling.
